Your Impact


As a Customer Support Specialist joining a newly acquired company you will be responsible for Processing Customers Orders, Answering and logging customers call (For Consumables and Service), and Managing all admin activities like last minute quotes and other customer facing activities to create an exceptional customer experience.
Here’s Where You’ll Demonstrate Your Competencies
  • Enter and process incoming orders for products and service – EDI, web portal, emails and phone calls
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits established
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Assist with Bids and Tenders submission
  • Prepare export shipping documents with South Africa free trade agreement countries
  • Understand products and services and can answer general customer inquiries
  • Service contracts preparation
  • Supporting the importation processes
  • High level of satisfaction around creating an exceptional customer experience
Our Needs
Minimum Requirements
Here’s what we’ll need from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years in Customer Service-related role)
  • Experience with Office tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Business fluency in English and other local South African languages is a must
  • SAP experience
Preferred Skills
  • Medical/Life Sciences work experience
  • Salesforce
