Position Head: New Ways of Working Centre of Excellence (nWoW CoE) & Operations Job Family

Project, Process and Product Career Stream Projects Leadership Pipeline Manage Function Job Purpose Creating and Driving new ways of working across the end to end value chain, including projects/initiatives delivered in Innovation and Disruptive initiatives. Re-engineering, optimising, simplifying and rationalising current legacy processes to improve existing execution services. Integration and alignment of agile frameworks and methodologies to accelerate Agile Adoption.

Job Responsibilities
  • The nWoW CoE enables, supports and guides squads on agile full-stack delivery practices
  • Drives for consistent application of nWoW principles and practices across the Delivery Organisation
  • Dedicated to driving the transformation across the Delivery Organisation as we shift towards agile practice at scale
  • Ensuring appropriate governance is in place to drive execution and create an appropriate rhythm within the delivery community
  • Responsible for establishing appropriate metrics to monitor the progress of the transformation and ensure we are ‘shifting the dial’
  • Drive the behavioural and cultural changes required to enable the new way of being within the Delivery Organisation
  • Ensure quarterly reviews of new ways of working practices on delivery projects/programmes and squads
  • Guide the POCLACs to agile nWoW processes and practices
Essential Qualification Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
Programme Management certification (PGMP)
Scrum and SAFe certification.
Must have experience in delivering large scale programmes and programme transformation and delivery approaches. Minimum Experience Level 12-15 years experience working in a delivery environment of large programmes
3-5 years in Senior management roles
3-5 years experience in Agile delivery Technical Competencies Portfolio Change management to new agile practices
